While en route to see 149 at KM on the Cleveland District , me and BLE 902 stopped in Wickliffe as we made up a decent amount of time and well, here's another shot of the Pennsylvania Heritage Unit. KM still has at least 4 months left as signal installations usually happen in phases. I would get it while you can for sure.
