When im just searching for the simplest way of getting the development length in yt, and here i am listening to this. Kudos to this.

Yung Ld po na. Nasolve sa huli mas malaki pa rin po ata sir sa theoretical length sa bar m ? Yung 900+ po kasi wala pa na add na extension? Na add na po kasi sa bar m length ung extension eh Salamat po kung masagot :)

Ask ko lang po. dun po sa paghanap ng moment capacity na wala nang bar L, bakit singly po ang analysis ng strength po doon? hindi po ata nasama yung compression bars sa ilalim? @56:57 po. Maraming salamat poo. Regardless, galing nyo po magturo.

@shankylezapanta1464 nasa provision na kapag yung value ng steel ratio ng tension steel is less than rhomax, pwede mo siya ianalyze using SRB. Hindi magkakalayo yung sagot if icocompare mo sa DRB analysis. Almost equal sila. 😊 If gusto mo accurate result: solve mo using DRB Pero inaallow naman ng international code na gumamit ng SRB analysis if pasok siya sa criteria. Halos same din lang sagot 😊

Bale sa actual structural design po, kahit na sapat na po tension bars para maging tension controlled yung section, required parin po talaga na maglagay ng kahit 2 bars sa compression zone?? Ang main reason lang po ba nito ay para may support lang po yung shape ng stirrups? bale wala po talagang SRB na design po? thank you po ulit at Godbless po. tanong ko narin po pala sir about sqr. isolated footing design and analysis hahaha. kung sapat na po ba na average effective depth lang po gamitin para sa OWS, TWS, at flexure? nung sa nagtry po kasi ako sa flexure, kapag larger d po ginamit ko, 21 bars po nakukuha kong required against Mu. pero nung ginaya ko po sol'n ng prof ko po na average d gamit sa lahat, 20 bars lang po nalabas. Parang naisip ko po kasi na mas safe po ata pag extreme steel yung ginamit na d na kung safe napo para sa xtreme na d, safe narin sa other way ng reinforcement since sqr. ftng naman po.
