I fail to understand why they would say "we have stabilized the TVET college allowance issue" whereas a huge number of students have still not yet received their Allowance funding for accommodation or transportation. Majority of the complaints that were "being handled" during their recent workshop spoke highly to University student issues and their landlords. Many TVET colleges do not have rea or landlord system that TVET colleges assist with. The students are the ones who source out their own landlords and make arrangements to pay without the involvement of their colleges...what about those students who are nlw in debt of a second semester rent
