I know this is really different from my normal content but i truly love the NSMBDS hacking community and thought maybe with some of my skill i can make some tutorials. I will go back to my weird normal videos soon but i am gonna do a few of these in the future as well.

To really do the own music you'll need Anvil Studio and the instruments from the soundtrack, that we want to replace.

Not really, if you replace the overworld song for 1-1 it is also gonna be replaced for any other levels that use that song as well because they use the same files

@@Nonxisting I wonder if someday there will be a way to do it. What I wanted to do is a have a unique theme for the final castle and put the Jungle overworld from the Wii game in it

Ok so, here's a question which answer I'm really looking for: Can you transform a file into a .sseq? For example if I want to add another music that I can only find in .mp3 format? Can I do it or...?

MP3 is stream audio. you would have to turn it into a .STRM file, which could take up a lot of space depending on the length and quality of the MP3. Here's an example: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hYjTeYCHppppkLM

Sorry I don't want to get in trouble with KZbin but you can probably just find it on some rom sites I recommend looking into them before trusting them though cause some can be shady. That or just rip it yourself and its pretty easy too if you have a hacked 3ds.

Yes, you would have to get the sseq file from that hacks sdat though so you would just open the hack in the nsmbe5 and do the same stuff as in the video to get to the nitro studio sseq area and then copy paste it over

You cannot convert an MP3 to a sseq file you have to make them inside of Anvil Studio which is a whole thing on its own im sure you can find a video on it tho if not try looking or asking on the New Super Mario Bros Hacking Domain: nsmbhd.net/

I cant send it directly as im not supposed to but just try googling 'New Super Mario Bros. DS rom" and see what shows up it should be a .nds file when you download it
