I guess that you used the oven when Mrs Seaside was out ..... 😂

Haha this is actually a dedicated garage oven! But the stupid thing is that its way better quality then the one in the house.... which was a bad decision....

Always handy having videos to refer back to when working on stuff, have done that a few times with my vids on my other channel when remembering how to do something... :D

Brilliant. I needed this video 5 years ago, when I paid a lot of money to outsource my Nsu engine rebuild.

I think the main driving force behind my videos is so that I can remember what I did or how to put it back together.

Its a great resource to have to be honest!

I hade some of the same problems as you on my nsu quickly n, the bearing was stuck on the crankshaft, but you need to figure out why and you need to check the bearing holes, my bearing hole was damage so the bearing was just loose in the hole and fell out when I turned it and the bearing holes are suppose to be tight so the bearings are tight or it can crash the engine if loose, and next time I would check the engine bolt holes to se if the engine bolts go smoothly in if so you can rethread them with 6mm, and you can use a little drill for the crank shaft hole for the bearing that comes from the piston to lubricate the bearing to make sure the hole is not jammed with anything, and you can use a mirror or a peace of window sins it’s a flat surface to make sure the engine is flat on the surfaces 😊 currently working on my engine but a lot of pre work

I'm here for this. This engines internals look heavy. I bet this one's a bit of a dog. Good candidate for a circuit pipe, a little bigger intake, and carb.

Very heavy... unlike the name, its a moped known to be quite slow actually.
