NSW cops false arrest & imprisonment cost taxpayers $320,000.

It was revealed during the court process that the police fact sheet had omitted that it was Ebonie’s friend who was carrying the knife. And ultimately Ebonie was awarded $320,000 compensation, which is paid for by taxpayers. There’s no question Constable Darnton should be kicked out of the police force, and he should be prosecuted for what he did to Ebonie.

Them-` Give me your id` - `Answer our questions` - `Do what we tell you to do` - etc., You-`Yes, certainly (there is now an agreement to comply/obey/accommodate them) it’s just that we charge you $999 for remedy to DO that for you and because we have NO-CONFIDENCE with you administrating our Trust, payment must be with us immediately and any further communicating with us is with you accepting the deal, thank you` Please remember that THEY are NOT volunteers…..so why should YOU be? While I agree taxpayers shouldn't pay for these cops illegal acts, I do believe people subject to police malfeasance should be financially compensated but It should be paid by the officer which could easily be done by requiring cops to carry a personal malpractice insurance policy just like doctors and other professions do.
