Yup, The Road/Traffic Acts, based on the Australian Road Rules, require that you carry a Driver's Licence at all times when driving a Motor Vehicle. To produce it on demand to a Police Officer and state your full name and date of birth when requested. If a driver refuses, he can actually be arrested for the purpose of establishing his identity. If unable to do so, he can be charged (Court Attendance Notice) with the offence, held in custody and put before a Magistrate. Which might not be until the next day. An Act is a company policy which is not the same as law. Acts are for those who act as legal persons/legal name/a fiction. Men don't act, acting and Acts are for non-living entities., men or women who pretend they are something they are not, which is a legal fiction/dead entity. This is why the corporate policy enforcer refuses to agree that the man is a man. He uses some lame excuse not to answer the question or agree. He either has mental problems not being able to identify a man, or he has been trained to not answer the question. Now you know why the man asked the man acting as a policy enforcer (a fictional character/role) if he is a man. It's not a trick question, but the policy enforcer needs the man to ACT as a legal name so he can force the corporate Acts on him asap fictitious entity. The is why the policy enforces must get your LEGAL NAME, so they can enslaved with their Acts. BTW, if an Act was law, it would be called a law. Show us where Acts are called law? It is only a presumption you make, or that has been implied by others that Acts are law. There are many presumption in the corporate legal system and in this realm we exist in. So be careful what you believe, as those beliefs could entrap you and limit how you live your life.
