@Loucestsoire
@Loucestsoire Жыл бұрын
@Ordinary Member administrative laws are those that relate to decisions of government/gov bodies. These types of laws are mainly heard and determined through tribunals. The Summary offences act (the one in question) is an act of (very low level) criminal law- matters that can be dealt with by the magi court. Anything under this act is a law.

Great work Senior Constable. Talking to the child like a child deserves to be talked to. For the child, "An act is not a law" - An act is literally passed through parliament, which is the definition of a law in Australia. The laws passed by the 'Legislative Assembly' are known as acts, which as you can guess, is an assembly of Parliament - which circles back around to it being a law.

Yup, The Road/Traffic Acts, based on the Australian Road Rules, require that you carry a Driver's Licence at all times when driving a Motor Vehicle. To produce it on demand to a Police Officer and state your full name and date of birth when requested. If a driver refuses, he can actually be arrested for the purpose of establishing his identity. If unable to do so, he can be charged (Court Attendance Notice) with the offence, held in custody and put before a Magistrate. Which might not be until the next day. This guy had no idea how close he was to crossing the line and the Police Officer was way too patient. (Retired Police Officer).

An Act is a company policy which is not the same as law. Acts are for those who act as legal persons/legal name/a fiction. Men don't act, acting and Acts are for non-living entities., men or women who pretend they are something they are not, which is a legal fiction/dead entity. This is why the corporate policy enforcer refuses to agree that the man is a man. He uses some lame excuse not to answer the question or agree. He either has mental problems not being able to identify a man, or he has been trained to not answer the question. Now you know why the man asked the man acting as a policy enforcer (a fictional character/role) if he is a man. It's not a trick question, but the policy enforcer needs the man to ACT as a legal name so he can force the corporate Acts on him asap fictitious entity. The is why the policy enforces must get your LEGAL NAME, so they can enslaved with their Acts. BTW, if an Act was law, it would be called a law. Show us where Acts are called law? It is only a presumption you make, or that has been implied by others that Acts are law. There are many presumption in the corporate legal system and in this realm we exist in. So be careful what you believe, as those beliefs could entrap you and limit how you live your life.

Acts are acting pretend not laws they legally apply to persons a person once again isnt a man or a woman legally a person is a mask or assumed character (a dead entity) has no rights

@@effigy42 "a person in legal terms is just a mask or assumed character with no rights" overlooks the fundamental purpose of legal personhood: to protect and uphold the rights of individuals within a society. Entities such as corporations are treated as legal persons to ensure they can be held accountable for their actions. Without this legal framework, it would be challenging (if not impossible) to hold corporations responsible for harms they cause, whether it's environmental damage, product defects, or financial wrongdoing.

@@Garycarlyle when you’re being as pedantic and purposely irritating as the guy in the vehicle then ignoring a question like that, in this specific context, doesn’t really matter. @@Garycarlyle yea and the officer works for the state and not god. and until you reach god's realm you are still under the law of the state/country whichever it is you reside in. if you truly believe you are not at the very least legally under a system then dont pay your taxes because you "didnt consent" did you? and once you have stopped paying your taxes you are now free to leave and go somewhere no government entity extends their control over. because if you dont obey the law you are not welcome to use the public infastructure and other benefits that others have paid for by paying their fair share of taxes and obeying the law.
