A group is not 5 lead singers. Its 2 or 2 main leads and the rest are harmonizing. Its a thankless job that people see as just "being in the background" but they're just as important.

Disagree, Backstreet Boys usually have all 5 guys leading parts. In “I want it that way” all 5 of them have a part. And different guys have parts in different songs. So the 2 lead singer thing is not with every group
