I LOVE the direction they took with this music video. Rather than the typical lover relationship, they used a mother/son relationship. Truly meaningful

I haven't heard this song in so long. I'm holding my 3 week old son singing to him and bawling, knowing God did spend more time on him just for me. I tried for years with my ex-husband to have a child, but God had other plans. I left him, and shortly after, I met someone who treated me better and found out I was pregnant a month later. I'm grateful and blessed with how things turned out. I will always dedicate this song to my son. ❤❤❤

I cried for a week straight after I had my first. I was so overwhelmed with love for her and the same with my second. Now, at 9 and 10 yes old I still cry as I type this because I just love them so much. I had 3 mc's trying to become a mommy but time wasn't right. Once I had my Littles 16mths apart I knew there was a reason. I wasn't ready. Gosh I just love my girls so much. Don't turn your head away hun. They grow so fast.

I dedicated this to my son, Jaxon when he was born. He has Down Syndrome. Everyone thought it was too difficult and scary to take care of a special needs baby. I thought God spent some extra time on him to make him perfect and i feel blessed everyday that Jax chose me to be his mommy. I knew the second I saw him that he was my purpose in life. I was born to be his mommy. He is 5 now and I don't know how I survived life without him. I wouldn't change not 1 single thing about him. The only scary part about it is living with your heart outside of your body. My son is my heart. 🖤

I couldn’t help but say that I was 16/17 when *NSYNC & BackStreet were Huge. I’m old (38) lol & I’m guessing you were born post 2000 or very late 90s given your comment, which made me feel all the more older lmao but u r right As corny as these boy bands were, in some songs “they” were on point w the lyrics. I get nostalgic around May/June & start listening to these songs. This generation of music, except for the true singer & songwriters that do still exist, is no where near the quality of the late 90s - 2000s. From Backstreet to Blink 182 and Faith Hill and everything in between Talent. Real acts/bands. Different times

Afraid of how would I raise a baby when I, myself had no dreams and no roof above me to shelter me. I gave birth to my son before 2021 ended. I cried alot when I first held my son's hand. It flashedback all the plans and dreams i used to have. Now, we're living in a nice place and working hard for my baby's future. I came to realize that this is my purpose. I'm JT' s age, so when it first came out I was teen and thought of it as a romantic ballad, but now I think of it as a pure love song. Love doesn't just mean romantic and now I know as a mom the greatest love any parent's life is their child. Don't get me wrong I love my husband but when I hear this song, now I just think of my son and how blessed I am to have him.

My husband and I were trying to conceive for 2 years. When I had my son in 2018 and was doing a late night feeding I couldn’t help but think of this song. My son is just the light of my life and even though it took me and long time for him to come he was worth the wait. That’s why I tell him “God must have spent a little more time on you.” I would love to have the chance to dance with him to this at his wedding one day. It’s such a beautiful song. ❤️

This song is really beautuful. They deliver a heartfelt message. The story goes with mother and son. Until her son is grown man. So heartwarming yet so inspiring. That will captured your heart. Jc and justin's voices so angelic. They put a some sweetness flavor of this song. Amazing song. Put your faith in god always

Amazing how the meaning of a song can change so drastically from when we were just preteens ourselves. I loved this song back then but never could I have foreseen how much this song would mean to me later in life. It makes me think of my special needs little girl. I know a lot of people pity parents of special needs children, but looking at her all I can think is what a blessing she has been, how carefully crafted she was to be everything I could have wanted or needed. She’ll always have the heart of a child and there’s something so special about that.

This song is amazing. The vocals are my favorite part, especially JC’s. God I wish Nsync would come back, and I wasn’t even alive when they were a thing.

Wow. This song popped up on my KZbin and I hadn't heard it since I was a teen. Hits a little harder after 4 miscarriages and being told you'd never have kids, and then having two little miracles within a year of each other. Bawling like a baby right now. 💙💙💙

This song was playing in the OR when my oldest son was born almost 20 years ago. Today I found out he has congestive heart failure. God may have spent a little more time on him but, I pray God gives me a little more time with him 😢. Love your children, because you never know how much time you'll have with them. Nobody is promised tomorrow.

To be fair- in any r&b song- whether it’s Boyz II Men, Backstreet Boys, etc. the singer that sings the first verse has to keep it drawn back. If the first verse is all out vocally, there’s nowhere to grow.
