సుధాకర్ గారూ ఇలా ఓ జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ ను ఇంటర్వ్యూ చేయటం బాగుంది. నాకు నచ్చిన విషయాలు ముందుగా: నిజాయితీ గా మాట్లాడటం, మానవత్వ కోణంతో చూడటం, సమత్వం, క్షుణ్ణంగా రూల్స్ తెలిసి ఉండటం, అవసరమైనప్పుడు వెంటనే ఎందుకు ఆ నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవాలిసి వచ్చిందో నిర్భయంగా చెప్పగలగటం, అవినీతిని సిస్టమ్స్ ద్వారా తగ్గించ గలగటం ఇలాంటివన్నీ చక్కగా చెప్పారు శ్రీజా గారు. అన్నిటిలోకి ముఖ్యమైనది - పెట్టబోయే కంపెనీలకు అవసరమైన నైపుణ్యాలను ముందస్తుగా నే ట్రైనింగ్ ఇవ్వటం. అయితే ముందు మాట్లాడిన సుమారు 15 ని:లు బదులు ఓ జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ గా, అందులో తెలిసి ఉన్న ప్రాంతం అయినప్పుడు proactive గా ఉన్న వనరులు (district profile at macro level లో) ఏంటి, ఏవేవి పనులు చేస్తే స్మార్ట్ గా ముందుకు తీసుకుని వెళ్ళవచ్చు, ముఖ్యంగా ప్రజలను కూడా పాల్గొనేలా చేసి, ఉత్సాహం నింపుతూ వెళ్లగలగటం లాంటి వాటిపై మాట్లాడితే బాగుండేది. సామాన్య ప్రజలకు ఓహో ఇలా కూడా ఆలోచించవచ్చా, ఇంత త్వరగా ఇలాంటివన్నీ సాధ్యపడతాయా అని తెలీదు. మీ లాంటి స్మార్ట్ కలెక్టర్ చాలా చేయవచ్చు. మీరు ఆలోచనలు పంచుకోవాలే కానీ experts volunteering రూపం లో లేదా ఏదైనా ప్రాజెక్ట్ కి డబ్బు సహాయం తో ముందుకు రావటానికి మనమిప్పుడున్న రోజులలోచాలా అవకాశాలున్నాయి. మీరు ముందు రోజుల్లో ఉన్నత స్థానంలో ఉన్న వారిని ఉత్సాహ పరుస్తూ మరి కొన్ని వీడియోస్ చేస్తారని ఆశిస్తున్నాను.
