what is the reason operators can't use a $400 oculus facebook meta quest and an off the shelf flight sim? these things are standardized enough that I don't see a reason why they can't be certified as a recognized FTD

Madame Chairman,Is this the one where there was never any on-scene coverage, and despite multiple questions and comments, was never addressed?

The NTSB were on scene in Hawai’i to investigate the crash. They could not have issued a report had they not been.

@@GH-oi2jf coverage, not presence. (Although, they do not always have an Investigator "traveling to the scene) There were no briefings, b-roll, or other news avilability and coverage with the NTSB that I found. And despite comments on multiple videos, still nothing. No reply.

If you rely on the govt to solve problems, your already screwed. For 3 yrs the FAA didn't act on pilots begging for a few additional cameras.
