What do you expect from a government so full of cattle keepers, they grew up in the bushes running after cattles and you expect them to plan and transform Kampala. What they have done at namirembe Road, people are just crying about taxis and the one way road that's has been made , no TV or news channel comes to see what they have done and how the taxis block the way.

Thank you for the episode. KCCA has the most expensive roads in Uganda. UNRA is on average 3.5Bn per km-lane, and this is building a road in the bush in the middle of nowhere. It would be helpful to point out cost of roads in placed like Ethiopia. They are 1/3 the price. Also please track all roads at cost per km-lane. Acacia road is a dual lane road.
