"Power corrupts; absolute power corrupts absolutely." This famous quote by Lord Acton speaks to the idea that as a person's power increases, their moral compass can weaken, potentially leading to corruption and abuse of that power. The dude thinks the tables can't turn on him. They learn too late.

Man our law experts speak more complicated English than the British. Who has lied to our legal guys that speaking to much grammar is what makes more point. Except hulling unrelated insults, what meaningful detail did Matembe reveal in regards to the directive? Our media just plays ball for the govt, are these really the best persons in Uganda to address this issue, these guys are not even the best law people in the country.

Police bond isn't a creature of president's office, so, the president should be reminded and guided that he absolutely has no power to ban it in the manner that he did. He can only go through parliament which he already owns, so he should feel comfortable tabling that bill there

Im seeing Mr YOWERI'S directive as too political... targeting jobless, ignorant youths who are ever used by politicians at the end they die in their own movies
