Glutinous Chinese Steam Cake(Fa Gao)
材料 Ingredients
蛋糕預拌粉 375克 premixed flour
水磨糯米粉 227克 glutinous flour
牛奶 500ml milk
雞蛋 兩粒 2 eggs
Mix all ingredients，fill the cup 90% full and then steam for 15 minutes with high heat.(Make sure not use regular cake flour)
