I bought the sampler LP at the gig promoting it on the second night and quite honestly the music that it contains coming out of these 30 odd musicians has basically blown me away and I feel quite privileged to have witnessed some of the various incarnations and collaborations 1st hand over the last few years in live venues .Cos all these musicians cut it live .Its just a shame that there arn t more tracks on this album because I never want it to end when side 4 finishes .Its a beautiful thing and the music that it show cases is as good or better than anything produced ever as far as I'm concerned .Its the future x

Seemed promising at first but that bassline is all over the place, no sense of harmony. I give the other people credit for holding it together but I wouldn't trade this for Avishai Cohen or The Bad Plus
