I have to take beta blockers now from the severe migraines and broken heart syndrome. Extreme stress, anxiety and an unhealthy diet can lead to something similar. The death of one of my family members and extreme stress from the school I went to was enough to severely strain my heart. I'm always try not to get angry over unnecessary fights and drama with people I dont care about. I dont have enough energy to be in a relationship with anyone, if I already know it's not worth it I won't take it.
