This is the BEST NUFC iteration I’ve seen in my lifetime… I’m 36 years old, born and raised in Australia by Geordie parents. I still go over to my ma’s house every game day, be it 11pm, or bloody 2am kickoff for us. 7am for the Carabao, luckily for us. We cheer the fucking living room down. We’ve done so since I was a child. We have travelled back to Newcastle 3 times in my lifetime to go to matches, saw some magnificent games at St James’. We sat through the dark times, watched miserably through the Cashley era. My ma is 69 years old now, and I didn’t think I would see a team compete for ANYTHING in my lifetime, never mind hers. Since the new ownership we have had something to cheer about…. But the team they have built now, the players we have, the passion and pride they’re playing with. It feels like a dream. I love my Maggie’s, I’m jealous you got to go to that game cause I can only imagine the atmosphere. Love this team, love the fans, love this club! HWTL!

Unbelievable performance from 1-11, but for me Tripps rolled back the clock, never put a foot wrong all night and the housery was a pleasure to behold, mentality has changed, not hoping this time, expecting. HWTL

I had a few doubts after they hammered city and we blew It against Fulham and then the new line up but Eddies line up proved to be inspirational. Then that atmosphere it was high voltage passion, I was sitting in the living room with my grandson and it was like we were in St James Park, what a brilliant match we battered them and we can beat anyone playing like that, come on the toon.

One of those nights you never forget. We had them on toast to a man. They could not cope with us.180+minues and they never scored a goal. If we could play like that everyweek we would walk the league. Tripps back in the squad was a great move. He managed that backline all night and his shithousery was off the scale. Just read the police will be closing Trafalgar Sqaure on the Saturday night as it is set up for St. Patricks Day. Can't see that going down well.

Glad you had a top night Chris, it’s a very good channel you have here, this kind of analysis is why so many people are leaving the snides of sky to go with fan led media instead, the coverage last night was a great example, all Neville and his co conspirator had to say was - tacitly at least - bruno and isak would be arsenal players if they had there way, as they were ‘linked’ with arsenal first (by sky perhaps 😂), and talking up arsenals chances of turning it around even at 4-0 aggregate. I think they only conceded defeat at around the 80th minute mark and I’m not kidding. It was a commentary for arsenal fans, particularly overseas. Anyway I have no hesitation in being part of this community and paying my subs, it’s worth it. Great content. It’s almost 30 years to the day since I saw my first match, at SJ, a 2-1 win over forest, ruel fox and Rob lee scored, and so much has changed since then, I was a 14 year old school boy, I’m now masquerading as a grown up but still every bit as NUFC daft. For all of us young and old, let’s hope we can get over the line, everybody’s time has to come surely? 😊
