We get no respect as a club from the media. Every team we beat it's always, "they weren't on their game" but putting teams off their game is a prime strategy for Newcastle.

I'm past caring what the media or fans of other clubs think. If Lee Dixon gives us credit v Arsenal then we were very good. Nobody wants to play us. If we can somehow get cover for Isak and Murphy in this window we can win this and get CL. Also hope Dubravka going isn't going to cost us

@ztyneisnigh6 күн бұрын
Extremely proud of the lads and Eddie finally kept his word, we went there to win and we did. Massive effort from everyone. And adding Miggy with the 5-5-0 formation so that the space between Tino and Longstaff was closed shut was massive. Arsenal huffed and puffed but we were not in any danger late on. Delighted and superb streak continues. And no, we are not selling our players to anyone who fancies it.
@davidpoole8116 күн бұрын
Arsenal couldn't afford Isak even if they wanted him, why would he want to go anywhere else especially to a team where they can't beat a so called " small club" so Arsenal fans stop being deluded and think you can just cherry pick any players from our club because you can't so just get it into your thick heads , Isak is NOT going anywhere OK.
@eldante41396 күн бұрын
Arsenal haven’t won the league in 20 years. Yet act like they should be winning the league right now. It’s a confusing mentality to have. It doesn’t apply to all their supporters but too many of them. Isak should stay at Newcastle, the foundation and the backing is in place for Newcastle to be succeed in future.

I'm quite enjoying us continuing to be "slept on" by the media this time. We've won 7 games in a row. Scored 20 goals and conceded 2. Yet the story after every game has been about the opposition being poor, or that we won due to bad VAR decisions etc. We've beaten Man U, Spurs, and Arsenal away in the space of a week. Next five games are Bromley, Wolves, Southampton, Fulham, and Bournemouth....
