I get more nuisance calls than important ones, all trying to tell me how the Government wants to give me (to give to them) money to have a new boiler, solar panels, free fuel and so on. I had one yesterday asking me if I was blind, I think I missed the one asking if I was deaf. Even our local JWs prefer to ring me rather than knocking the door just as nature demands i visit the small room.

Another way to aggravate the telemarketer is to answer the questions until the little ding and the person on the other end answers you have made a connection to India or where ever they sent the call. The connection cost them money for the connection. They waste my time I waste their cash calls sent 10,000+ miles are not cheap. They called me about a year ago giving me some BS about a warrant for my arrest . After listening to this feller , I just asked him if they can hurry up , I missed lunch and would like to get in there before supper . And air conditioning an color TV would be nice ..
