This came my way recently, and I thought it would make a nice christmas project! But first, we need to repair it, so let's have a look and get it fixed

@@vacuum_collector26 If you havent noticed. I havent been uploading and really havent been grinding youtube. Even when I do upload, I manage to average a decent amount of views, and even get a odd video of two that gets a couple of thousand (check for yourself). How about you stop getting butthurt because honestly, you're just a kid who's getting 2 big for their boots.

Henry 160s are very cute! :) I wonder how he'd do with a 90s style single pedal floor tool tho 🤔 I wish they still did that style bent end, the old style suction grips are far easier to turn

I have tried him on my single pedal and it was alright! Bit floaty mind, didn't really clamp down and mines a bit knackered so the brushes sit at an angle and it annoys me after a while so I swapped back to the henry cordless head

any tips on fixing an unbalanced moror fan? it has no dirt in it it is clean, it is a henry and it sounds a bit funny on wind down. the vacuum barely vibrates while on so is it ok do you think?

Could try and see how it's bent and tap it back straight but it'll be easy to mess it up... Or is it the armature shaft itself? If it's only a bit grumbly on wind down I'd leave it tbh... 😬🤞

I have repaired many Henry’s with this style motor and most to all get there carbon brushes wedged in the holders and they’re a pain to remove

Same here. Rust gets dissolved with strong vinegar and within the day they slide back in and out.
