Bless you and your words. Hard work was instilled in my family. My grandmother picked cotton and worked for the walls overall factory. I started a construction company when I was 21 years old and grossed 360 k the year I was 23 yoa. Because I was led to believe that hard work is the only way I didn't see as much profit. I wish I would have known a little earlier but real-estate is what I really ended up doing. Last year I paid cash for our own home and continue to head vertical.

Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.

Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $483k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.

Great Video. I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $450k gains within months, I'm really just confused at this point.

I began my investment journey at the age of 33, primarily through hard work and dedication. Now at the age of 38, I am thrilled to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single month for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advice mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth, but rather ensuring long-term financial prosperity.

that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an advisor seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using my advisor for over 2years+

Rather than attempting to predict future recessions and risking financial losses, a more effective strategy is to build a well-diversified portfolio that can withstand various market conditions. We are already in a big crash Inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt, the FED will have to pull all the stops. The unfortunate issue is that other markets are being decimated. If you want to stay green, you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 14% and being careful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.

@LazicStefan You know what's cool about Uber? A person can drive home from work picking up Uber customers on the way home going the same direction they were already going and get paid for it. One woman who worked downtown in a major city did only this and earned over $500 every month to boost her savings. As soon as she got off work from her day job she logged into Uber, heading in the direction of her house. Nothing extra in gas and no extra wear and tear on her car, but she still got paid.

The hardest issue for most investors is stomaching a loss in their investments. And because the stock market can fluctuate, you will have losses occur frequently. You’ll have to steel yourself to handle these losses, or you’ll be apt to buy high and sell low during a panic.

@David Bucker As long as you diversify your portfolio, any single stock that you own shouldn’t have too much of an impact on your overall return. If it does, buying individual stocks might not be the right choice for you, as you can also try out the Roth IRA or I series bonds. Even index funds will fluctuate, so you can’t get rid of all of your risk, try how you might. With help, these are achievable. Levi Clemans, a pro Fiduciary oversees my portfolio. You can look him up online, and connect him.

Never put all of your eggs in one basket for one double. If the double fails, then you're broke. Spread around your investment funds so that a failure here or there, won't bankrupt you and you still have a chance to win the other doubles. Venture capitalists think the same way, by investing in potential "ten-baggers" so that they still come out on top when 9 of their 10 deals fail.

I started to see this game aspect to money, not academically but personally in my own life, about a year ago and I was a little ashamed or embarrassed about it. Money is so deadly serious and yet there is this game aspect to it too. Also, I grew up with money being a serious matter. Serious in a way that was unenlightened, so to speak. The fact that I have had partners who stole from me while I did all the work has nothing to do with that picture or you apparently thinking I am perhaps Jewish? Too bad there is so much hate due to ignorance. Christ, the Jewish Rabbi said to love God with all your heart ❤️ and to love your neighbors like you love yourselves. That does not include trusting your families future to others by letting them control your paychecks. The whole point is being self employed and controlling your own future, not being an employee. Christ said also to pray for those who hate you, so I just prayed that the Holy Spirit living in me will visit you in your sleep to soften your heart.

In my private business... My book keeper does a weekly check run. However I sign all checks. I require to view the bill I am paying for so my book keeper knows the drill. I look at the receipts and especially the credit cards bills I view the actual receipts. Its too easy for an employee to include something like their own. I do have a second account number checking account for the book keeper when I am out of town or an office emergency (small amount in account). The book keeper has bank access but only "view only" - I don't allow her to move money. I can always log in from around the world to do that. I also have a second copy of my company bank statements sent to my house. Then I log in right away to view to be sure I signed all of the checks. To quote the infamous W. Clement Stone, "Don't expect what you don't inspect".

@Arkesh D Patel if he's always looking for the "10x" deals, no matter what the item, then he's going to enter shady shit. "I'm not a real estate guy", yet he'll jump into playing cards....that he has no prior knowledge of? He sounds like the guy of "I know a guy" that lives down the street ......looking for "deals". Plus, he's talking about becoming a billionaire.....yet he's not. Not even close. If he's really compounding like he says he's doing....then why is it taking him so long to become one? Is this advice for someone starting out? Well....it's akin to the type of advice that leads young people to be selling things from their trunk that "fell off the back of a truck" kind of deals. Which that may make for some quick cash, it isn't a solid, nor safe, nor sustainable business model. If this guy knew money like he says he knows money....then he would be giving different advice. What he's doing is giving the advice of "become the corner 'don' and have the world's smallest fifedom that runs the street", which doesn't sound like an appealing venture. 1 you'll never grow out from your neighborhood, 2 There's plenty of competition that will hinder your success 3 you have to engage in slimy transactions.

The moment I realized that investing in multiple assets is better than putting all my money into savings or unnecessary spending, that's when I began my journey to financial freedom. Also choosing a proper management is very important, overtime I’ve realized a lot of investors have more losses because they do not have a proper investment manager or management, no matter how much you invest without these knowledge, you may not make much.

@nancy lovely Hey dude, this is 2020. People who aren't even traders make money from the crypto and forex markets and moreover there are already financial analysts and trading experts(PhDs) who have shelled out theories and ideas for years on how bit coin technically grows.

Another great rule for every hard working person! "It is not about what you make, but what you keep"! So save 15% or 20% from every pay check. Then you will have money to invest and double. First save.... God Speed.

To the incredible person that's seeing this, I wish you all the best in life❤ don't over blame yourself, accept things and go forward. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn the skills needed and get after it, all the keys to a happy life is in your hands. Keep pushing.

@@amberhills5296 Age isn’t a major factor, investing strategically is. I earned my first million in my 40s through the guidance of my FA Frost Hilda who’s been able to build a portfolio that has helped pay off my mortgage and cleared my debts through consistent trading in stocks and crypto. Retirement came with no regrets.

For doubling your money in a short period of time you have basically two choices: 1. speculating (buying some asset and expect it will gain in value quickly - usually by some kind of bubble mechanism - it’s high risk). 2. Investing (putting your money in a scalable company/business having a tremendous competitive advantage - there are very few out there and you have to be in the position to have access to those opportunities).

In 1987 I was going to buy 10k of Microsoft stock as my 1 home run investment. Money that was a broken arm insurance payment. Alas I’m here now commenting as Ex wife made sure I didn’t and instead of it being worth excess of 20 million it became -250k of child support later. So sad.
