In fact yes five is the oldest! His powers are teleportation and time-travel and as a 13 yr old he went forward in time to an apocalypse and got stuck there for 45 years (making him 58) but when he manages to come back, he made a wrong calculation so he is still his 13 yr old version of himself, so yes he is the oldest and the youngest
