Thank you for creating this series. I'm sure I'll be watching it many times over. I love the 8oC in Fifth Spirit tarot. My fav 8oC is in Tarot of the Abyss, but this might be a close second. I feel like they near perfect depict that moment when the scales shift between which hurts more, staying or leaving.

Thanks for your comments and I’m glad this is stimulating your thoughts. For the 8 of Cups I’d love an image that captured “concentration / coordination of feeling /emotions” rather than focusing on “leaving” - the “abandoned” part of the Golden Dawn title. I’m not even sure what that might look like, exactly. Maybe a family reunion scene with lots of emotions on display?

This was such an interesting series, I've already watched it twice and I'm sure I'll come back to it again at some point 😊! I have this problem of wanting to read marseille style (using numerology), but not liking visually any of the marseille or pip decks, modern or traditional, so I'm stuck with the RWS decks and always having trouble connecting the meanings to the pictures 😅. Fortunately I managed to purchase the Spacious Tarot just recently and I think that might be the deck I've been searching for... Anyway, this series has been really helpful and given me lots to think about, thank you 🖤!!

I’m glad you found it interesting and thank you for your kind comments. I encourage you to develop your own keywords for the numbers and see how they might pair with the standard images. You’ve also hit on the reason I don’t necessarily read with RWS decks when I want fully scenic images. Decks like the Star Seeker, Cosmic Tarot, Spacious Tarot and Fifth Spirit are more neutral in the way some scenes are depicted, allowing you to develop your own interpretation based on the reading itself rather than proscribed, and often harsh, images. Have fun exploring!

I am living for this series!! You might really like the book Cartomancy in Folk Witcher by Roger Horne. The author spends much of the book aligning numerology with both tarot and playing cards and there are some great interpretations that are similar to yours. Thank you for all of the cool content you create!

Hi ! That guy from 8 of Cups always seemed to me like he just went to find one more cup , missing from the upper row. And , of course, after a happy finding, he becomes content guy from the 9 of Cups card . Just my two c :)
