Hi! Unfortunately we don't know the exact height but I would say the little girl in this video is around 29-42 inches tall.😊

how does it compare to the Monterey size wise?

Hi, Erin! The Diono Monterey is 26" H x 20" W x 16" D and 13.9 lbs, and the Nuna AACE is (at its largest configuration) 33" H x 22.5" W x 15" D and 15.6 lbs. The Monterey is a little narrower and lighter. Have a great day!

Is this the black one or is this the grey one?

I'm not sure because the video is an older one but I believe it is black as the grey is a bit lighter than what appears on the video.
