4:02 I feel like one day or another, I'll be asked how I pulled this effect off. With the .veg project's fps set to 23.976, I clipped one frame of a few random spots inbetween Enid calling Darrell out, and Eugene taking his glasses off, and spaced them so that there's one frame of empty space inbetween each. Then I set the fps to 120.000, and clipped each 23.976 clip by the first frame that the cursor highlights in 120.000 fps. I cut the excess clips, leaving only the varying left halves of each clip. If done right, you should have a line of short frame clips, of which the next one is always a little bit smaller than the last one. Then, going back to 23.976, I painstakingly copy-paste each clip over and over (and trimming all copy-pastes that overlap its successing frame), until there's no empty spaces left. And that's how I was able to produce this buzzing effect that gradually gets higher in tone.
