Nuphy has really come a long way in the industry. The Gem80 is good step up to get them closer to a true custom level board. If they would have gone with an aluminum case then the other plate options would really allow for more sound profiles. The standard plastic case just limits you to a certain sound profile. Still, I have recommended this board to a few friends who were interested in getting into the hobby. Good video and keep up the great work.

Very nice keyboard. I had been thinking which one to buy, Gem80 or Halo75 V2, and finally I bought Halo75 V2. Maybe one day I'll take a look at this one too. Great video, thanks!

Which switches for writing silently? Did you say Mink or Mint?

All linear switches + dampen is silent. Mint - 2mm travel and 37g Mink - 4mm travel and 62g (not found in official website)

Buy a windows gaming pc, windows has much more software support. Aim for a good graphics card and lots of ram
