Bosch throttles are famous for the electrical contacts in the connector dying from vibration. You gotta pot the connector on the throttle and run a pigtail to a more robust connector.

We had this issue on our drift car a couple weeks back and couldn’t figure it out, the calibration kept resetting on the throttle body, we had to go back to cable drive
