my 7 year old niece is in school in the USA. She recently invited a black classmate to come over after school to play. The girl answered, "you're white so I can't be friends with you because white people are bad and hate black people". That was from a 7 year old girl. Where did she learn that from? It could be from her parents. Or it could be in school where they might be teaching critical race theory (without the knowledge of the parents). Or it could even be from watching television (see the Proud Family on Disney+). I grew up in the same area. When we were 7 years old we didn't see color. Even as adults we didn't see color. But now apparently the kids are being indoctrinated not just to see color but to hate those who are different. How sad that the US has reverted to the worst part of its history. I was at my local hospital and a woman i'm guessing she was a manager there she was showing a young man around and i heard her saying to him be careful what you say on social media as we have fired 15 ! people for social media posts. And yet we have a nursing shortage! i can see why, The NHS has always been diverse we don't need a "Diversity manager". I sympathise with her predicament. I had a fellow former colleague of mine recently dismissed by management at a university after he referred to a fellow colleague as "my favourite Romanian". According to management, using the term "Romanian" was "racist" despite that being the nationality of the individual being addressed, a fact which my colleague pointed out numerous times to those handling his dismissal. He also claimed that those management figures responsible refused to define the term despite being asked to do so numerous times. I think the vast majority of people who are having their jobs, careers, and future aspirations pissed up against the wall by this nonsense will be glad to see the back of certain toxic individuals in their working environments with ideological chips on their shoulders. The matter is currently being handled by the HR following a complaint against the dismissal. Hopefully sense prevails and those making such decisions are held accountable.

Not the NHS, but the JobCentre. I used to work for them and the amount of people who used to call me racist names was astounding. Only a handful were white skinned, the rest were of ethnic background. I was also spat at, had food & drinks in bottles/paper/plastic cups thrown at me, furniture too. In once instance punches thrown. Incidentally I'm a white male. She needs to sue for Libel, and being picked on for her background and religious views. This behaviour should be treated exactly the same regardless of background.

A friend of mine who works for the NHS had the same experience. While on a course she was accused by an Asian woman of being "white privileged" for no reason. My friend listed out all the hard work she had done to get her into the position she was and that it was hard work not privilege that got her where she was. The course lecturer told her she was getting near to the limit. We are discriminated against in our own country.
