@41m Question/answer on transfusion did not acknowledge 2020 Conboy plasma replacement experiments (using saline) appearing to show some level of regneneration, skipping over the entire issue of using younger plasma. Would like to hear his opinion on plasma replacement and have this addressed during a future NUS presentation. Very good presentation by Tom though and all other presenters. Thank you NUS Medicine.

Alot of it makes sense, but how sophisticated can you get it. Will you be able to get it down into a cure?

Do some research on what’s involved in resources and money to bring hypothesis/theory to human use. Vast majority of studies aren’t funded unless they can be monetized for corp/private interests then shareholders.

How came Prof. Bischof give an "empty" talk? No real content?

@1:50:59 only 2% vegetarians which indicates animal protein not a big factor but you or another speaker said IGF1 while good at younger ages not good for older. Is IGF1 not highest in animal protein and dairy? So is IGF1 maybe not a factor either? Maybe some humans have genetic protection from it when older or benefit by it? Thank you for posting this.

So much more I need to learn but this is confirming what I have suspected. That is that simply overdoing fasting and killing millions of senescent cells by inducing autophagy is more likely to accelerate aging. Rather we need to figure out how to regenerate calls or prevent degeneration in the first instance. Go figure.
