NUT Ajif Branch Update: Com. T. A. Lebile Suspended Indefinitely - Watch The Video For The Reasons!

The NUT Lagos State Leadership meeting was held with NUT Ajif state officers, branch executives, and school representatives.
A formal introduction of the new branch chairman, Comrade Abayomi Olatunde, and his secretary, Comrade Dayo Adedoyin (Ade Melody), took place.
The State Chairman, Com. Akintoye Hassan addressed the gathering, highlighting the reasons for the removal of the former Chairman, Com. T.A. Lebile, and his Secretary, Com. Mansur Olugbade:
Refusal to leave the process that brought them to power behind
Instrument of greed
Instrument of arrogance
Financial mismanagement (signing and managing funds in contravention of the constitution).
THE CASE: AN EXCERPT FROM THE LETTER
"After an exhaustive investigation, the committee found out amongst other things as follows:
I- A case of the Branch Chairman, Com. T. A. Lebile and the Branch Secretary, Com. Mansur Olugbade signing the cheques of the Union on behalf of the Trustees at the exclusion of the Branch Treasurer was established.
II- The case that the Branch Chairman, Com. Titus Adeniyi Labile and the Branch Secretary, Com. Mansur Olugbade resulted in putting funds belonging to NUT Ajeromi -Ifelodun Branch in a private account."

That the Branch Chairman, Com. T. A. Lebile and the Secretary, Com. M. Olugbade are to proceed on an indefinite suspension with immediate effect untill further notice
That the Branch Chairman, Com. Titus Adeniyi Labile and the Branch Secretary, Com. Mansur Olugbade to refund the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY THOUSAND NAIRA ONLY (N760 000) established to have been misappropriated back to the coffee of the Union.
A panel found the duo guilty, leading to their suspension.
The State Chairman urged branch executives and school representatives to learn from the experience and cooperate with the new leadership to move the branch forward.
