The big story to me here is that this is the first $1 PA book that does not produce half back on a standard return. The $20 was an extra ticket, so if you take that out and it isn't there, this would return $47. The standard return seems to be getting reduced to make a higher percentage of boom prizes in books.

This is how much the lottery has changed since the 1980's Pa only had 1.00 scratch tickets I hit 500 on a 1988 Christmas and several 50 dollar tickets Was a nice Christmas that year back then 500 was a claimer and on other 1.00 tickets I hit 3 or 4 100.00 and several 50.00 I only played about 10.00 a week.So why did it change? Should it not be the same . Top prize then was 10K to 50K I can't remember the odds

@@MdScratchJedi Yes They only had 1.00 scratch tickets.Prizes were 50k and 1k a year for life, up to 1M. Odds were 1-3.06 to win. A friend I worked with got laid off and on his way home won 50k on 1.00 ticket
