After one of the worst months of my life, this puts a huge smile on my face on my first day back at school. Mr. D., you are a national treasure.

This is so much fun, and my K-2 students are loving it -- they noticed that the movements match the music before I even mentioned that concept. Thanks!

You are so creative!!! Thank you so much for sharing with those of us who aren't so creative.

I did this with socks right off their feet and worn on their hands (teaching virtual.) They were so cute showing off their socks to each other! I made a couple modifications to the actions. One kinder had an older sibling in 5th grade that asked if I’d do ‘the kindergarten sock song’ with the 5th grade, too. I was skeptical but THEY LOVED IT! I am so grateful for your creativity and the videos you share. Thank you, so much!

What do you do with the socks??
@deannakirkham39453 жыл бұрын
@@taylorbradley2954 pretty much the same thing Mr. Delgaudio does, but the part where he makes his hands look like little talking puppets we come up in our cameras with fists and then make them ‘blow up’. Also at the end we do some fun wave stuff and we make the socks go up and down individually in funny ways at the end. This was very unifying and inspired peer interaction as they enjoyed each other’s socks and watched each other do this fun creation of Mr. Delgaudio’s.

K-5 Music teacher from Michigan here. My students love every video of yours I've used in my lessons. Can't wait to try this one with them this afternoon! Keep 'em coming. Their favorites so far are Autumn is Here and Song of the Sleighbells. It's so funny when you take off on the "sleigh."

I love this! How do you keep your background from glitching out while you're doing your movements?
@mrdelgaudio3 жыл бұрын
I've noticed that darker background images tend to look better. Also, I can't have too much light on my green screen or else you notice the wrinkles.
