Thank you for this useful information But, it would be helpful if you could give these essential vitamins for the good growth of hair and the natural foods that we can consume to fortify the vitamin Intake, if it is given in a form of a chart , it will be very useful for the viewers to grasp the contents better. So, next time when you give us details , please help us with a chart, so that atleast we can get a screen shot of the chart and keep at home for easy use.
