It's in the name. These guys are a powerful lunch box & recovery snack. Full of macronutrients to to fuel, repair & replenish.
Ingredients
- 250g sultanas (blitzed in blender/nutribullet)
- 165g ground almonds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 heaped tbsp coconut shavings
- 2 tbsp honey
- 500g organic peanut butter
- Add a small bit of milk of your choice if needed
Directions
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until everything is fully coated in the mixture.
- If the mixture appears to be getting dry add a little milk, you will not need much, if any at all so just add this slowly.
- Shape the mixture in to balls and leave to set in either the fridge (2.5-3 hrs) or freezer (1-1.5 hrs).
Serves 8-12
