Nutrition: Reduced Risk of Mortality with Moderate Amount of Carbohydrates
In this interesting study from Brigham and Women's Hospital Boston the researchers demonstrate that a moderate level of carbohydrate intake is associated with the least risk of mortality when compared to lower and higher levels of carbohydrate intake. Let's review this study together.
