Had an eye exam today and my eyesight has radically improved. My prescription is now almost the same as it was 49 years ago. Haven't been able to wear my old prescription for approximately 9 months, way too strong. Started Keto around 18 months ago. I attribute the change to Keto!!!

I just love him! Breaking down how our body works, one organ, lymph node, glands etc at a time! Just Amazing! I’ve felt like crap for the last month, found his you tube channel, cut sugar, followed his advise on his drink before a meal, not over hydrating (yes I was flushing the minerals down the toilet literally by drinking too much water) and 5 day Into his regime and I feel freaking invisible!! He needs to be featured more and should be teaching doctors of today! It’s all about knowledge and he is making it very simple for us to digest this information that we can help our body heal itself! Thank you Dr. Berg!!

This was very helpful, thank you! For the last couple years I have noticed a lot of red veins in my eyes that did not used to be so visible. Back then before it started I was doing a lot of green vegetable juicing, and the white of my eyes were the clearest and whitest they have ever been. I was very proud of my nice whites. however then I moved to a remote location where all those fresh veg were not so readily available and my diet suffered. Since then I have noticed all those red veins taking over my whites. I am going to try my hardest to go back to those healthy ways and hopefully my eyes will whiten up again.

Thank you ... my notes for when I return to this video.... Lecithin & chorine & niacin for plaque developing on the eyes - genetic problem of cholesterol. Blood shot eyes is a vitamin B2 deficiency, yellow is gallbladder or liver. Catterax is a B1 deficiency caused by being a diabetic, too much sugar or going thru a lot of stress. Red eyelids under the lid are hypoglycemia problem and therefore should watch the video's Dr. Berg has in the "show more" box. A sty is a blood sugar issue too , they consume too much sugar or have blood sugar issues.

I'm 51 years old and was diagnosed with a cataract that is in the back part of my eye. The eye doc said that it is not the kind of cataract that elderly people get. He said it could be caused by diabetes, hormonal problems, etc... I've been checked for diabetes and I'm not diabetic. I do have a growth hormone deficiency that I have to give myself a daily injection for. I'm not sure what I can do to reverse this. He said I also have Fuch's disorder. All of this has happened within the past year. Not sure how to improve the issues with my eyes. They have become dry and feel like there's is gritty stuff in my eyes as well as being itchy. Any ideas anyone?

And I saw a video whole back where Dr. Oz took what you were going to present and had some other guy. You know what? Maybe it was for the best. Cause a lot of people know his show is just like those rag mags. Just the latest fad. Or to sell crap. So maybe in a way by not having that opportunity to makes you look for creditable. Even though I know other doctors have been on. But even though they probably know their stuff in my ,ind it's hard not to judge them as associated with Dr. Oz.
