The synthetic protein powder do give instant results but in long run affects kidney and liver very badly , have seen many kidney failure patients in medicine ward in their early 30s , with a history of heavy consumption of protein powder for muscle building so always eat natural sources of protein over these powder , which also give other nutrients too

No advantage. Cold water just satisfy us but can't fullfill our thirst level. Also drinking too much cold water- as we are indian, in many states it cause runny nose, throats issues. Normal room temperature water fullfill our thirst level also it won't do any harm

Preservative kis chez mae nhi hoti? Dudh ka packet leta hai toh usmae kya cow se nikla fresh dudh hota hai? Ya mill powder ko wapas duddh mae convert karte hai, jara google karna 🤣 Preservatives sab chez mae hai ajkal. World same chez consume kar rha hai, aur unka life expectancy indians se 10-20 years jada hai. Just imagine kitna bura haal hai india ka.

भाई नट्स मे बहोत प्रोटीन होता है लेकिन उनको बहुत मात्रा मे खाना पडेगा, बाकी नट्स मे जो फेट और minerals होते है वो लाजवाब होते है कोई भी supplements इनकी बराबरी नही कर सकता

Jin logo se 5 push-ups nhi lagti, jinka weight, health sab kharab hai wahi ye sab bakwas karte hai. Jo workout kar rhae hai, jo physical activity karke body maintain karte hai wo bakwas nhi karte ye sab. If pulses nuts r best, where's ur body? Can u even do a 5km run? Ur body looks weak to do anything physical. Had u got good weight with muscles then it could be understandable. But only ppl who never have done anything speaks like u.
