Most muesli even the ones which say zero sugar give dry fruits which are candy coated basically another name for sugar . Plain oats is the best option.

The flavoured Muesli contains sugar. The 0 sugar ones are a gimmick as they contain malt. Multi grain flakes are better as they dont have sugar or malt. Nuts can be easily added to the muesli. No need to go with mixed and artifical flavours.

Examples hazaroo hai but mujhe lagah ke majority in do naam ko jaante hai and unka struggling days before Making it Into the IPL and can bet they trained much much more than 80percent of the audience here who spends max 6hrs at the gym/week and leads a moderately active life

Add oats on warm milk in night..soak the oats(along with some dates, broken almonds, raisins) in this warm milk for overnight (no need to refrigerate).. Eat this in morning with Peanuts/Peanut butter..this is a whole food with a great digestibility.. (Adding whey is discretionary acc. to ur budget and goals)
