Been using Equalizer APO for years, love it. I switched from adobe to davinci resolve and Equalizer APO breaks VoiceOvers in resolve. I had to switch to a differ VST Host setup. Just a heads up if anyone is planning on Equalizer APO + davinci resolve.

Which VST host did you go with? I use Davinci Resolve and ive been looking for a way to apply my VST at a driver level so that bit of the video really stuck out to me

Thanks for a great video again! I think the Droidcam thing can be very interesting! Chatterino could be interesting for the future as well. In case I ever can afford a second screen/computer set up like you have and I have a need for it, I think barrier would also be very handy :) As for other tools, I don't have enough experience yet, so I honestly have no idea :) BTW, glad to see you seem to be doing a lot better now!

1. Love your videos and your beeg brain. 2. Gamepad Viewer is still one of the better ones. ( You can also customize the skin but it requires you make a github ). 3. Droidcam OBS is " Alright " but I had issues. I use IVCam, basically an alternative to Droidcam OBS. Free version has Watermark, I have the paid version. I use it as my primary Camera for Streams/Recording. 4. Equalizer APO looks interesting but idk if my mic sounds good half the time. I also usually stream with 2 of us so I need my mic to pick both of us up but don't want BG Noise so it's an issue I'm trying to resolve.

I use a program called input director which allows me to control 2 pc's. The most beautiful part is I can seamlessly copy/paste between both computers

Very nice list. I actually have not heard of some of these. For those not familiar with droid cam it is an amazing application. I use the stand alone application version (not the obs plugin) because it is free but it works great for showing things around my room. Also makes a great doggo cam.

for anyone having issues with EQUILIZER APO, pedalboard is a great alternative Equilizer apo didn't work for me, somehow the plugins weren't taking effect. pedalboard works just fine.

SAFETY WARNING! NEVER use a phone camera as your main camera. That's a quick trip to a puffed up battery & a ruined phone at best, & a literal explosion at worst. My wife found that out the hard way. It's totally fine for short periods (I use Droidcam to bring chat with me to the workbench when doing 3D printing stuff). But you should NEVER use your phone as your main camera or for extended periods of time. Just buy a cheap webcam.

Instead of Barrier I use "MouseWithoutBoarders" witch is a Microsoft Garage free software to use one set of keyboard and mice to control as many pc's as you want.

I'm looking at moving to a dual pc setup next year so thanks for showing us Barrier - that looks awesome. I installed Equaliser APO last week (can't remember how I found it) and it's also cracking. I just copied my settings from my Reaper plugins in OBS into to pretty much and now I sound less like monotonous dork everywhere :)

Thanks for the Droidcam tip. I currently purchased Epoccam from Elgato and they recently integrated it to their HUB cam app which unlocked 1080p60fps on my old phone, however, I got a nasty cam flick now. Hope Droidcam will help me.

I've used Droidcam for Android, but for iOS, I like using Epocam. I don't know what happened tho because I used to be able to connect wirelessly, and now it won't do it no matter how many times I re-install everything. It can still connect through USB tho, and the quality is pretty good, but sadly I can't use it as a wireless camera which can come in handy in some situations.

Can barrier be used to block a program from seeing a second keyboard? I'm using a extra num pad for a diy Elgato with noobs cmdr (thanks for that btw) but it doesn't work well with Apex Legends. It's like Apex hogs all inputs and doesn't let HidMacros see the input. I know I set it up right because it works in all other games I play. Any ideas?

Thats funny! I recently started using Chatterino so thanks for the moderation button tips! EqualizerAPO I've had for years now, along with Voicemeeter. I also recently started using Barrier to control my Streaming PC tho I've had issues where it keeps my screens on always if the server is running. As for DroidCam, it is def a good option for 2nd camera angle, tho for someone who uses TouchPortal, cant do both...

I use droidcam regularly as my primary webcam. Why? I still have 2 older phones, still working, laying around. The cameras are decent. So why not use them? Plus, i bought 1 license and can use as many phones as i like as a webcam simultaniously with only 1 license. Cable connection does work a LOT better than wireless though, way less delay, and your phone charges the same time you use it (slower though, bc only through the PC USB port)
