They need to fix the Optima IR! Mine was unusable from the get go with white noise when plugged in and couldn’t update it or connect to my Mac. Hopefully they will do that. Same goes for the wireless IEM system, I love the form factor and it being a stereo signal but the background noise and constant drop outs have rendered it to basically home practice at this point!

I initially thought it was pronounced as "Nucks" as well. "New X" doesn't make phonic sense in my brain-- I suppose in the age of constantly evolving odd word constructs, labels, and acronyms, I'll have to get used to it! 🙂
