Can you help out if we can't see the gpu in the display adapter? When I go to the website it doesn't give the entire hardware id that you copied in device manager which looks to be very important in the 2nd part of modifying the inf file. Where else would I be able to find that part you copied? Idk if i'm even making sense, frustrated at this at this point

@@FusedBolt bro it was same but even tho you passed this error another error will come while installing the GPU driver so I got so made I waste my all day and then I come to know that I was installed wrong driver I have hp slick book with GeForce 630M and I was downloading 630M but because I have slickbook or you can say notebook so I don't have to download 630M I have to download 630M notebook version and when I download that and install it ...it successfully installed without any error so I will also recommend you to check your laptop or graphics card property first then go with right driver update

Didn't work first said couldn't run it with other installation going then I shut old installation and NVIDIA folder disappears then did it again ran setup and quickly shut old installation and it loads through to say driver not installed and all buttons are blank. My DEV file is 21C4 not 1*** and it isn't in that file at all HELP!

it doesnt work with Dell g15 5511 rtx3060. I managed to start installation by replacing related .inf file with the one inside of dell's installer, it gave error during installation.

@@mr_g503 i found a few ways to fix this, some of which are inconvenient. start with geforce experience, updating the drivers through there. if that doesn't work, go to device manager, right click on display adapters, then check for updates. if that doesn't work, reset the pc. before messing with the software, you can uninstall and reinstall your hardware, boot up windows, and restart the pc. over the past year, i've learned that restarting and even resetting the pc will fix a lot of issues. it's a pain in the butt, but it will fix your issue(s). no need to do anything fancy or complicated, just takes time to find what solves the issue

If you do not have these skills that is okay, Please search for another video that might help you a bit better. I recommend this one one by ASA Technical kzbin.info/www/bejne/j5CueYaqpdSXgqc He uses easy to follow colors, goes slow, and uses big text, that should be easy enough you!
