@@Scarnk4 I actually use it as my daily browser, but heard about the privacy issues. Decided to get this app that would detect any info being received and transmitted, and found that Opera GX, when their privacy settings/telemtry were enabled, most certainly sent a whole bunch of data, like any browser. However, to my surprise, when you do opt-out of the telemetry, it actually does stop most data being sent to Opera. Still a privacy issue, and I've tried Firefox, Brave, Vilvadi, and Duck Duck Go. All work just as well so yeah. Definitely no major reason to choose Opera over those ones still.

I'm sorry but this is just fanboyism. Yeah you have the cheaper brands like PALIT and PNY and the more expensive brands like ASUS. But I've had pretty much GPUs of all tiers and they all work pretty much just fine. Every benchmark shows a minimal 1% to 3% difference between brands if you have adequate cooling. You're more likely to encounter more issues with PCBs than the brands, 4090 issues are not brand specific for example. I loved your video but I don't really see the point in this.

He is not talking about graphic performance. He is talking about stock cooling and how loud the stock built fans are. FYI, dual fan cards like palit runs on higher temperature due to fans that are not so quality, and thus it comes at the cost of worse lifecycle. Loud gpus are just an annoyance. Of course if you have good airflow and quality noctua fans, also custom watercool every gpu, yes it doesnt matter. But not everyone has those.

If you're looking for 3000 series and cheap models, be careful, some models like Palit JetStream despite having good cooling to performance ratio, their build quality is very questionable. I have a RTX 3070 Jetstream OC, it broke thermal paste twice because of how wonky the cooler/heatsink assembly is, it's literally being held by 4 bolts on a 4 prong metal thingy. Other than that, it has been a trooper. But look at it wrong, and it's time to re-apply the good old thermal paste, AGAIN! (also, 3 and 4 series cards are HEAVY! So either make a "GPU stand thingy" yourself or get one, it doesn't need to be expensive or fancy, it just needs to prevent the card from sagging in the long run.)

I own an aorus master 4090, no complaints. One of the biggest 4090 out there (in terms of sheer size), great thermals, quiet, has a useless screen lmao. Was choosing between aorus master and Hall of Fame (previously owned 3090ti HOF, great card) but 2x16pin connectors hell nah

​@@nitro10965 Nah, best price:performance. They offer triple fan cards for dual fan prices. I transitioned to ITX last year, the only viable and widely available cards for compact builds (lengthwise) are Gigabyte cards. Others are either too wide (ASUS) or too long (Sapphire Nitro etc).

Gigabyte GPUs are on my trash list, as you mention one of worst PCBs. Also their design sux, ugly looking plastic box on most models. Some models having see throu plastick piece on top of another (EAGLE as example) but with enough space between to catch dust or even small insects in between. Were not fan of connectors connected with wires to PCB. Had two of their waterforce GPUs leaking because of loose (insufficiently tightened) screw that hold connection post to block.

Honestly the gigabyte cards are not bad. I'm not a fan of them in any way or form, but i grabbed a 2070 on launch, flashed the bios to unlock more voltage on day 1 and that bich is still going strong with 0 issues.

Gigabyte should def be S tier. Their 4000 Gaming OC series is relatively cheap, features one of the highest wattage overclocks possible in the BIOS, and has the lowest coil whine noise on average based on reddit measurements and opinions. No matter how good the fans of ur gpu are and how undervolted it is, if the coil whine is bad theres nothing u can do, it's the #1 source of noise.

i have tried gigabyte products before and 2 out of 3 of them were rly not good. Also their 1060 that i then returned had the worst coil noise out of those 1060s that i've tried. Kinda afraid trying them again. On the other hand so far MSI treated me pretty well, was thinking getting an MSI 4060 (unless upcoming 5060 will have reasonable price and more than 8gb of ram). How does reddit rate those on the coil noise?

I've also read about the weakest ones being bad cards, but I have a 3070 Ti Aorus Master and in the future I plan to replace it with a 5080 Ti/Super Aorus Master, because in my opinion and according to tests it's one of the top 3 series of cards on the gaming market.

When 3000 series lauched, I bought MSI RTX 3070 Ventus 2x. From the beginning, fans made terrible noise. Like it would fall a part at any moment. I connected with the retailer, and because it was "covid-time", there was no replacement. There were NO GPUs! So I used it until 4000 series came out, and bought Gigabyte 4070 Eagle. At some point I bought new fans for 3070 from ebay and sold it.

I have to add MY experience with the Gigabyte Windforce 4070 Super. I never hear the card, 0rpm in desktop and during gaming, even with headphones off, the casefans are more noticable that the gpu fans. The Card stays below 65° (most of the time 55-60°) during 100% use in a itx case. All that for being the 2nd cheapest card (only the inno3d dual was cheaper) at the time I bought it. But... No lights and it looks a bit cheap, but I have no window, so that doesn't bother me

I had a 30 series Windforce card which could be different, but my 3060 ti had to run at 100% fan speed all the time (when gaming) to keep the temps under 80° . It was loud and it was blasting air at the front panel like crazy so I had to remove it to keep the temps low. My Sapphire 6700 XT has better build quality and its cooling performance is way better
