Hey Nick, fantastic explanation, Thanks a lot!!!. Im currently working on a lab for external connectivity in a VXLAN multisite eVPN. Right now everything works fine except for the fact that I have asymmetric traffic for endpoints in Site 2. This case is 2 DCs connected externally to the branches for HA. Any pointers to either enable host based routing or configure a preferred site for all routing?

Hello! Without knowing your exact setup, its difficult to comment, host based routing is enabled by default when giving internet access as all the routes in the tenant VRF are leaked, which includes the /32 prefixes.
