Man, I loved beyblades as a kid. I remember playing it with another kid during recess and making myself look like an idiot because the ripper didn't drop the beyblade - and I did an anime-ass pose for the rip too. Right before I started growing out of it, I ended up going to a flea market with my friend once and I got like this heavy af, black market-ass metal ring with fold-out damage flaps for my beyblade. Me and a kid friend of mine dueled while I was using it once in this tiny plastic beyblade stadium he owned, and the ring literally carved a hole into it when it bounced into it. It made my beyblade hella illegal to use in proper duels, but fuck it was satisfying to see it fucking annihilate others. I'm pretty sure it just made super tiny beyblades explode. Haha

What I remember of Beyblade was that the metal ring in the middle decides the type of the bey. There are 3 types: Attack, Defend, the third I forgot, but I believe it was one the attacker is weak against. And putting the cord through 2 launchers was always a bad idea since one bey will have half as much power.
