LOL. Exactly. The comment of "usually people have to go to a laundry mat". Really? People that pay $2.3M have to go to a laundry mat? I get that the view is very unique. But 1200 sq ft for $2.3M? And it looks like just a nice apartment? Like if it were in Syracuse, it's be $150,000, maybe. No amazing amenities?

@@toddfarkman2177 Its because its Manhattan - every rich Tom Dick and Harry wants to live there since there are many places to make big bucks around the area. Also, many see housing as an investment - you buy a place for 2.3 mil today, and you sell it for lets say 4 mill ten years down the line. Yea, buying a house in Syracuse will be massively cheaper - but the land there is not in high demand.

I love the feeling this apartment conveys. It gives me a feeling of having a beautiful and great life if you’re living there. You’d wake up in the morning in this apartment and workout. Then you could make some quick breakfast while enjoying that Manhattan view, knowing you have it all. After a refreshing shower you’d then feel motivated and energized to head to work, probably as some sort of investment banker or engineer. You’d get in your luxury, yet sporty sedan, like a BMW M5 and drive to work where you’re paid very graciously. Maybe you could grab a bite of lunch with your coworkers. 20% tip? No problem, you can afford that lifestyle. After work you’d hit up your friends and meet with them for dinner. You go to a classic restaurant enjoying some nice food with great company and afterwards you all go to one of the many bars. You’d get into all sorts of shenanigans and making memories. Then, when it’s time to go home, your tipsy self feels like a nice, fatty hotdog, which you can easily afford to eat because you have a good metabolism. And then, you finally come home and fall asleep immediately in your bed, not having a single worry in life and knowing that life is truly good. I want this apartment. I want this life...

I was looking real estates in new york lately and I’ve come to a conclusion that it’s better to buy a more expensive townhouse than a penthouse or condo, bc when you add everything up (the cc and monthly taxes) in the long run it’s less expensive. And you get a lot more space.

The view, the design, the materials all look spot on. I wouldn't complain about the price because my 1000 sq ft apartment costs nearly $3 mill in hong kong, and it's nowhere as nice.
