I really miss seeing this place in your videos. You mentioned buying a place. Looking forward to that. I have an idea for a future vlog - interview your husband. I like his sense of humor, e.g. I still remember "chaining day". Lol! Ok, Denzel. You could survey for questions. Here are mine. 1. What do you do? I remember mention of IT? Software engineer? WFH? Without mentioning employer, please be as specific as you can. 2. Where did you go to school? Major? 3. How did ya'll meet? 4. How do you cope with being married to a KZbin Influencer? Do you feel its intrusive? Or do you enjoy it? I'm sure you take a lot of the video. 5. How do you cope with having a gorgeous wife? I'm serious. My wife is beautiful, too. Like, if we're out, and some guy says "your wife looks good tonight", I'm either "Agreed, she does look good", or "WHY YOU STARING AT MY WIFE? WHO THE F*CK ARE YOU?" 6. Do ya'll want kids at some point? Would that require moving out of NYC? 7. etc. Thanks!

Your apartment is so pretty! ❤ When the tips of a bigger plant like a palm tree and such turn brown even though it gets enough water and it doesn't get burned by the sun it's often because the flowerpot is too small and there isn't enough nutrition left in the soil. So maybe try a bigger pot and better soil. 🙏

What is it with NYC apartments not having overhead lighting? As a foreigner it is very strange that someone would build an entire apartment building and not install overhead lighting. I absolutely love what you've done with the place! It looks modern and classy! Beautiful!

I totally agree! I'm from Norway, but live in New York. I've viewed SO many apartments here in New York these last weeks, non of them have overhead lighting lol! I posted it all to my channel, it's hilarious!

Actually my current NYC apartment has overhead lighting, although otherwise it's sorta 'basic' with not a lot going on in it. My new place is a lot nicer but no overhead lighting. And also not just NYC. When I lived right outside Philly there was no overhead lighting either. I have to buy my own floor lamps in the bedroom and living room. Guess it's just a cost-cutting technique?

I think it's better without overhead lightning especially when you law down on your bed or chill on your sofa. Cuz with overhead lighting, it shines directly into your eyes and It's kinda dazzling.

because overhead lighting is extremely ugly and harsh. it automatically destroys any mood and atmosphere with the ugly shadows it throws and the way it takes the life out of any object in the room. it should be an interior designer's worst nightmare

...With such a view, I think any decorating style would have been spectacular. And I mean any style. I think that choosing a modernist style was a success. This living room is a clear demonstration that when the aesthetic properties of the place are valuable enough, well-applied minimalism can be more interesting than any other trend. Recently, we bought a tan leather Bellini sofa at Manhattan Home Design, added plants, a very nice floor lamp and an accent wall and we realized that only with those changes the facelift of the living room was spectacular. @@nicolee.-. I think you want to says is actually not in Manhattan. Long Island city (Queens) is one of the boroughs of NYC, NYC has 5 boroughs all together, they are : Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island

Of the 5 boroughs, Manhattan is the best (my opinion). Do stay away from Bronx and most parts of Queens.
