This BS goes on in Philadelphia, Cincinnati and probably most other major cities, YT has lots of these videos. I was in Cincinnati a few years back and saw it first hand and couldn't believe my eyes when 50 bikes\4 wheelers turned off a side street and began driving down a major road along with cars. They were popping wheelies and acting like fools on these vehicles not designed for the street. Cops were unfortunately nowhere to be seen but if they had been I'm not sure what they could have done to stop so many. They need a motorcycle equivalent Grappler to grab and stop the bikes from fleeing and then they need to seriously prosecute offenders to encourage them to cut the nonsense.

My husbands uncle who was special rode around via mopad. When his mopads were stolen twice, my father n law bought him a four wheeler as its harder to throw in the trunk of a car. He drove his 4 wheeler on the SIDE of the road but would only CROSS a road when his direction changed. He was pulled over, cuffed, and taken to jail for no license or insurance. NEITHER which is necessary to operate a quad. A judge dropped the charges as he found them to be unjustified. Never the less, the cops around here dont tolerate lawlessness PERIOD.

My wife got hit by one of these dirt bikers, they surrounded her car and wouldn't let her leave. They're fuckign punks. They harass people in cars and pedestrians, run red lights and are generally dicks. It is my business now, and I hope they crack down on these turds.
