I live in the New Orleans area and the neighborhoods that are predominantly Hispanic are family oriented with low crime, and the folks there take care of their residences by cutting the grass regularly and picking up trash around their place. You can safely walk through Hispanic areas late at night with little to no worry about being robbed. There aren't any safe, mostly clean and well-maintained black neighborhoods anywhere in this city or in the outlying areas either. Black folks seem to be better neighbors when they live in mostly non-black neighborhoods. When they congregate everything turns to chaos and rubble.

NYC residents should vote for a law that all illegal vehicles will be confiscated and demolished. All riders are warned that use of such vehicles is prohibited by law without a trailer. Etc. If I lived there or worked there I keep a paintball gun in my bag as soon as the weather changed.

New York City now Honduras Salvador and other Central American country. we feel scary when we drive our cars queens and Brooklyn area. I believe rule of law is dead in New York City mostly queens Bronx and Bushwick areas. They don’t obey the rad lights and traffic rules.
