Not going to get into details. I work in this industry and can be ruined by online comments, but, this is all a scam. These apartments are being built and there's going to be heavy discrimination when it comes to giving out the leases. These apartments only exist because Adams got heavy HEAVY pressure by advocacy groups to convert office real estate to apartments but there are people who 1) dont want low-income minorities living in midtown (it lowers property values in Manhattan) and 2) They dont want to bring in less profit with apartment leases than they would with corporate office leases. This is all a ploy to calm down the push to use offices as apartments and to keep the poor from living below 110th street.
