Yes plus much more. After they are given the right to work the minimum wage jobs they will also need permanent housing assistance, Medicaid, food stamps. New York will be responsible for them forever. This is the difference between legal and illegal immigration. Legal immigration includes being sponsored by a citizen who is financially able to take responsibilities for anything the immigrant cannot afford. This is a mess.
